Harrier is a 15.1hh near leopard spot. He was foaled in 1990. He is a very correct sound horse with an excellent temperament which he invariably passes on to his foals.

Harrier is the sire of many lovely pure and part bred appaloosas. He is a compact good looking stallion with good straight action and excellent limbs and has been used with very good results on a variety of types of mares. He produces show hunter pony types from pony mares and sport horses from larger TB type mares.

He is the sire of three Baps approved and licensed stallions. "August Dakota", "August Skyhawk" and "Jaylan Augustus"

All of his offspring inherit his calm willing temperament and have true all round ability and a natural jumping talent. He has also sired numerous appaloosa breed show winners at county and national level. His offspring compete with success in dressage, showjumping, crosscountry, and western and have also been driven.

Harrier is by the talented stallion Rivaz Pageant (by the 11 times British National champion Klaus) out of the performance mare August Valentina (by the wonderful Capitall Cyril who sired so many good horses including European jumping pony champion Capitall Lisa). Harriers granddam Frieda was by My first appaloosa Little Cid, a very useful performance horse, by El Cid (TB) by Never say die.
